What social media tools do you use to measure campaign metrics and social listening?

Later Media and Hootsuite. But if you have a preferred CRM platform already embedded in your marcom team, I can manage social on there with no problem! I’ve managed strategy, community engagement, and developed KPI reports using social CRMs such as Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, and HubSpot.

What social platforms do you provide strategy and management services?

Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIN. 

Please note: If you need TikTok strategy and community management, I will partner with a TikTok social media expert who can support your brand’s growth on the platform.

What type of brands and/or entrepreneurs do you work with?

Professional, clinical-grade skincare brands and skin experts. Purpose-driven brands in the haircare, beauty, and wellness space are my speed.

CANCELLATIONS AND/OR REFUNDS:

Are any of the experiences fully refundable?

We have an automatic 50/50 payment plan on all experiences. Your first payment is a 35% non-refundable deposit. Please note, if you cancel after the first 1:1 session, we require you to make a full 50% payment. All further payments will be canceled. Does not include the ‘Full-Day, 1:1 Session Brand Voice Clarity’ session.

What about the ‘Full-Day, 1:1 Session Brand Voice Clarity’ session? Is that non-refundable?

There are no refunds for 'BrandClarity' consultation service, used or unused. Users understand that obligation for payment is binding for the full term agreed upon.

Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. A one-time only rescheduled session will be honored. Being more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a session will be considered a cancellation. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Brand Journalista may be required to cancel sessions. We will notify the User as early as feasibly possible of the cancellation and coordinate rescheduling. Payment is accepted upfront via online payment. Payment is due in full before services can be rendered. We do not accept payment installments for this session.
